Designed to keep larger basic muscle groups and functional movement patterns in check. This class brings you through correct form, guidance on “how to” get fit. Patience is essential and this class follows the principles of specificity, overload, consistency and progression. Tracking your progress and body composition adds a one on one personal training aspect to this class.
