Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)

Monday, Wednesday, Saturday 9:30 AM

Monday - Thursday 6 PM

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a form of grappling using a traditional Gi uniform. BJJ proves that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themself against a bigger, stronger, heavier opponent by using leverage, timing, and weight distribution to control and submit their opponent. BJJ training is practical for sport grappling competitions, self-defense situations, promoting physical fitness, mind and body awareness and building character.

Muay Thai

Monday & Wednesday 7 PM

Muay Thai, or Thai boxing is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This discipline is known as the "art of eight limbs" as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins.

Boxing

Monday 5 PM

Tuesday 6 PM

Thursday 7 PM

The art of attack and defense with the fists, utilizing strategic movement and footwork, practiced as a sport.

No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu

Tuesday & Thursday 5 PM

Grappling without the traditional Gi uniform, in No-Gi you cannot grab your opponent's clothing.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

Tuesday 7 PM

MMA is a combat sport that utilizes a combination of striking and grappling techniques from boxing, muay thai, jiu-jitsu and wrestling.
