BJJ - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Grappling using a traditional Gi uniform. BJJ teaches that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themself against a bigger, stronger, heavier opponent by using leverage and weight distribution to take the fight to the ground, and then applying joint locks and chokeholds to defeat the opponent. BJJ training can be used for sport grappling tournaments and in self-defense situations. BJJ is considered a martial art, a sport, a method for promoting physical fitness and building character, and a way of life.

Muay Thai
Monday & Wednesday @ 7 PM
Tuesday & Thursday @ 6 PM
Muay Thai, or Thai boxing is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This discipline is known as the "art of eight limbs" as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins.

Boxing
Monday & Wednesday @ 5 PM
The art of attack and defense with the fists practiced as a sport.

No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu
Tuesday & Thursday @ 5 PM before BJJ
Grappling without the traditional Gi uniform, in No-Gi you cannot grab your opponent's clothing.
